If you’re finding it difficult to keep up with your regular loan payments, we’re here to help.

Sometimes unexpected events such as illness, loss of income, a relationship change, or other circumstances outside your control—can make it harder to manage your financial commitments. As a responsible lender, we offer hardship support to help you get back on track.

How to apply

Apply for hardship support using our online application form below, or by contacting our team directly.

If you prefer to talk to someone first, our Customer Care team is happy to guide you through the process:

Once we receive your application:

  • We will acknowledge your request within 5 working days
  • We will assess your situation and may contact you for further information
  • We will provide a final decision within 20 working days, unless we are waiting on information from you
  • We aim to make the process as clear and supportive as possible.

If we are unable to resolve your concerns

If you are unhappy with the outcome of your hardship application or how it was handled, you are entitled to contact Financial Services Complaints Limited (FSCL), an independent, not‑for‑profit external dispute resolution scheme approved by the Minister of Consumer Affairs.

FSCL’s services are free, and they will work with you to help resolve your complaint.
